Rokit is the beating heart of London's vintage scene with a worldwide online audience and has proudly held this title for nearly 30 years. Our four stores are based in vibrant and exciting London neighbourhoods; Covent Garden houses our flagship, the vintage haven Brick Lane hosts two stores and our original bricks and mortar stands opposite the market in Camden where the brand was born one sultry summer in 1986.

The rest of the team are based under one roof in the UK's largest vintage warehouse where around 8,000 garments are processed for the stores every week, the Rokit Recycled team customise and create clothing and accessories from unusable garments alongside the website and marketing teams.

Digital Marketing Manager

The role

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity to join the ECommence team and drive the growth of our online business.

This role at Rokit provides a rare opportunity to have a direct and immediate impact on the growth of the business by taking full ownership of the Online Marketing.

Reporting to the new Ecommerce and Marketing Manager, the role is to grow our customer base by developing and executing an online Digital Marketing strategy..

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a Digital Marketing strategy

  • Develop and manage digital Marketing campaigns

  • Devise strategies to increase traffic to the website

  • Manage online brand and product campaigns

  • Manage social media channels

  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Required skills

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing.

  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.

  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role in the fashion industry.

  • Experience in Magento desirable

Rokit Originals is our in house label specialising in the sustainable production of new and reworked garments. We repurpose vintage clothing, utilised recycled textile and responsible manufacture- producing in small quantities and making only in London.

We are looking for a new Studio Manager, a dynamic leader with strong communication skills, natural organisational skills, able to react seamlessly to ever changing requirements and always inspire and encourage their team.

As the Studio Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the in-house studio, being acutely aware of commercial and creative strategies and driving productivity in line with business objectives and budgets.

Role Includes:

  • Take complete ownership and responsibility of the department.

  • Coordinate and manage the studio production team and operations to plan and deliver brand expectations and targets.

  • Drive short term scheduling and long term strategic planning to ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the studio

  • Stock Production - Organise and prioritise the operational running of the department to ensure we meet quantities and deadlines.

  • Overseeing the distribution and allocation of the stock into the stores and the website.

  • Communication with all aspects of the business from designers, warehouse production, website to suppliers.

  • Liasing with external production coordinator to achieve optimum production across in house and external platforms

  • Manage budgets, costings and studio administration.

  • Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve high results

  • Recruiting and inducting new team members.

  • Setting personal goals and individual development plans.

  • Analyse sales and productivity to be reactive and make commercial decisions

  • Maintain an organised, clean and efficient working environment.

  • Oversee quality Control

Ideal experience
