Press Loan Policy
To help manage the high volume of product loan requests and the costs associated with our extensive inventory, we’ve introduced a straightforward press loan policy.
We implement an admin fee of 30% of the order value for certain press loans. This means that full payment is required upfront, with a refund of up to 70% of the total for any items returned. However, these details can be discussed via email or over the phone depending on our brand exposure.
