All UK Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Standard Delivery is typically 2-3 days, 1st Class typically 1-2 days, although most will arrive the next day (excluding Sundays).
Most international orders are sent using Royal Mail, but larger, heavier orders will be sent by ParcelForce. For International orders, please allow up to 10 working days. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel, as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

International Shipping
We ship Worldwide. The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and location. Please check the tables above for more information.
Most orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service; however, orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce. All will require a signature on delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: International Orders may incur a customs or import duty fee that would have to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.
UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are only guidelines and, unfortunately, they do not depend on us but on our delivery partners (Royal Mail and Parcelforce). Therefore, we are unable to refund delivery costs if the delivery date does not meet the estimated timeframe. Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
UK Special Next Day Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: Typically by the following working day, except Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. This is not 100% guaranteed.
To take advantage of our next-day delivery service, you will need to place your order before 2pm GMT on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please note that our team is out of the office on Saturdays and Sundays, and any orders placed on these days will be sent out on Monday. On Friday, if you place your order after 2:00 pm GMT, it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and an estimated date/time within a 1-hour delivery window.
Online Returns
You can return any item (excluding GIFT vouchers, hosiery, swimwear and pierced jewellery) for a full refund, within 30 days of the purchase date.
