Delivery & Returns

All UK Orders are sent Royal Mail and will require a signature. Standard Delivery is typically 2-3 days, 1st Class typically 1-2 days, although most will arrive the next day (excluding Sundays). 

Most international orders are sent using Royal Mail but larger heavier orders will be sent by ParcelForce. For International orders, please allow up to 10 working days. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

International Deliveries 

We deliver Worldwide! The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and location. Please check the tables above for more information.

Most orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service, however, orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce. All will require a signature on delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: International Orders may incur a customs or import duty fee that would have to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.

UK Special Next Day Delivery 

PLEASE NOTE: Typically by the following working day, except Sundays. This is not 100% guaranteed.

To take advantage of our next day delivery service, you will need to place your order before 2pm GMT on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, please note our team are out of office Saturdays and Sundays and any orders placed on these days will be sent out Monday). For Friday orders we offer a Saturday next day delivery service at additional cost. If you place your order after 2:00pm GMT Friday, it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing your tracking number and an estimated date/time within a 1 hour delivery window.

Christmas Gift Return Policy:

 
Didn't fit? Bought for someone with no fashion sense? No problem, we can help. Christmas gift returns will be accepted until Monday, January 31st, 2022 for orders made on or after Monday 8th November 2021. All other returns terms and conditions remain the same.
Or just keep it for yourself!

After Christmas, you can return any item (excluding hosiery, swimwear and pierced jewellery for a refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase date. All you need to do is post it back to us with a copy of the order invoice enclosed. Please use the original packaging if you can!

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

  • ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECIEVED
  • ALL ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN WORN
  • ALL ITEMS ARE FREE OF ANY ODOURS
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION

If you do not have your invoice don't worry.  Please include your name and order number in the package and we will be able to find your original invoice.

Please note, you do not need to log into your account to create a return simply follow the instructions on this page.

We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.

In the interest of hygiene, hosiery and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. LET IT GIBBON items are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Goods purchased online cannot be refunded in one of our retail stores and goods purchased in stores cannot be returned online. You can return or exchange the product free of charge if in the unlikely event you have been posted the wrong item.
