Didn’t fit? Bought for someone with questionable fashion sense?

At Rokit, we hand-pick, press and measure every item with care, so you can wear something that’s truly one of a kind. But we know that sometimes, even the best finds don’t quite work out. 
Unlike many resale platforms — where returns can be limited or non-existent — we offer a 30-day return window so you can shop with confidence. 
Return postage (UK & International) is the customer’s responsibility.
You can purchase a Royal Mail return label through our Return Portal. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or charged to your original payment method, depending on how you paid.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping and send the item(s) back to us yourself (no pre-printed label will be provided in this case).
All our items can be returned except for: gift vouchers, hosiery, swimwear, and pierced jewellery. 

How to Return your item(s)

Option 1 - Online Return Portal (Recommended)

Generate a return label for you to print. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or charged to your original payment method, depending on how you paid.

1️⃣ Go to our Return Portal or log in to your account. 
2️⃣ Follow the steps, print your return label, and pack your item(s) securely. 
3️⃣ Take the parcel to the post office and ship it.

Option 2 - Post the item(s) yourself (No Pre-printed Label)

You can arrange the shipping yourself and send it to:

Please include your invoice/order slip in the parcel (or at least your name + order number).
We recommend recorded or trackable delivery and keeping proof of postage. Rokit cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit by postal carriers.


Before You Return

Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, odour-free, and in saleable condition

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return arriving at our hub (please allow extra time during peak periods). You should expect to receive your refund within the next 5 days. 

Online purchases can’t be refunded in-store, and store purchases can’t be returned online

Please note: LET IT GIBBON items are made to order and cannot be refunded. They are also shipped from another location, so you will receive them in a separate package from your other items.


In-Store Returns

All purchases made in our physical stores can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase.

All tags must be attached to the garment

A receipt is required to process your return


Repeated Returns & Press / Professional Loans

We offer a flexible returns policy to keep your shopping experience easy. However, if we notice unusually high return rates or purchases made for resale, we may deactivate accounts at our discretion.

If you believe your account access has been restricted in error, our Customer Care team will help resolve it.

Stylists, editors, and media: please use our Press Loan Service for pulls and loans, rather than placing standard retail orders.
