6. Terms of Sale
By placing an order on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

The product ordered being unavailable from stock

Inability to obtain authorisation of payment

The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

The identification of an unauthorised bulk order for promotional purposes

Where we reasonably believe an order has been placed for resale, commercial, styling, press or other non-consumer purposes
6.1 Our Contract (Order Acceptance)
You will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm you have placed an order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between us will be formed as soon as we send you a confirmation email of your goods being dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch at our discretion. Where an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6.2 Pricing and Availability
Although we try to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices on this site are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
6.3 Payment
We carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Once this has gone through, goods will be dispatched.
6.4 PayPal
We accept payments through PayPal. Any refunds for orders paid for with PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.
7. Delivery, risk & title
We will deliver goods to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are advisory only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when goods are delivered to the customer or a person nominated by the customer to take possession.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Product information & condition of items
Rokit sells vintage and second hand items including vintage designer brands. As such, goods may have been previously worn unless stated otherwise.
We do not acquire products directly from the original supplier or manufacturer and cannot guarantee the origin of all items.
Our experienced graders will do their utmost in investigating the authenticity of vintage designer goods so you can shop in confidence.
9. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at customercare@rokit.co.uk.
If you cancel within this period, we will refund:

The price paid for the goods

The standard delivery charge paid (if applicable)
Premium delivery upgrades (such as next day delivery) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
10. Our 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.
We offer returns on any eligible item (excluding hosiery and pierced jewellery) you are not completely happy with for a refund, within 30 days of receiving them.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they fail to meet the following criteria:

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in the same condition as received

Items must not be worn beyond what is necessary to inspect them

Items must be free of any odours, marks, damage or alterations

Items must be in saleable condition
Customers are entitled to handle goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.
If returned goods show signs of use beyond inspection, we reserve the right to apply a deduction to reflect diminished resale value in accordance with consumer law.
Where items have been used for commercial, styling, press, promotional or other non-consumer purposes, we reserve the right to apply a deduction of up to 50% to reflect diminished resale value.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or restrict future orders where return behaviour appears excessive, abusive or commercial in nature.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described.

11. Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher orders are final and non-refundable.
Gift vouchers ordered online cannot be redeemed in Rokit retail stores unless explicitly stated. Gift vouchers are redeemable online at www.rokit.co.uk and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Damaged, lost or stolen Gift Vouchers must be reported immediately by emailing customercare@rokit.co.uk.
12. Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid from the date received until the date stated on accompanying email or promotional material, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Discount codes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash

Discount codes cannot be applied to existing orders

Users of discount codes must be 18 or over
To redeem your discount code you must enter the code prior to completing your payment at rokit.co.uk.
Rokit Limited prohibits the posting of Discount Codes or Voucher Codes on the internet or any public forum unless stated otherwise in writing.
Rokit Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Rokit Limited is final.
13. Student Discout
UK students may receive a discount on full-price items online with valid verification, subject to availability and exclusions.
Student discount is not available on sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other online discount offers. Student discount is not available on gift voucher purchases.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or terminate this discount at any time without notice.
14. Linking
We allow linking to our home page, as long as it is done in a fair and legal manner and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You may not imply any association, approval or endorsement on our behalf when none exists.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rokit, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of this site or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
16. Variation
Rokit reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to change, remove or vary the services and/or any page of this site.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
17. Invalidity
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected and all other clauses will remain in full force and effect.
18. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Any liability that cannot be excluded under English law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rokit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of goods.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Rokit and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements and communications.
