We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.
In the interest of hygiene, hosiery and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. LET IT GIBBON items are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Goods purchased online cannot be refunded in one of our retail stores and goods purchased in stores cannot be returned online. You can return or exchange the product free of charge if in the unlikely event you have been posted the wrong item.

ONLINE COMMERCIAL ORDERS (stylists, press, theatre/tv productions ect)
Due to overwhelming demand for product loans and the high admin cost of processing online orders we now charge an admin fee of 30% of the order value. This means that we will take a full payment up front and will only refund up to 70% of the total of any items returned.
