Delivery & Returns
FREE POSTAGE ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £50
All UK Orders are sent Royal Mail and will require a signature. Standard Delivery is typically 2-3 days, 1st Class typically 1-2 days, although most will arrive the next day (excluding Sundays).
Most international orders are sent using Royal Mail but larger heavier orders will be sent by ParcelForce. For International orders, please allow up to 10 working days. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

Returns
Have you bought something online and want to return? No worries!
You can return any item (excluding hosiery, swimwear and pierced jewellery for a refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase date. All you need to do is post it back to us with a copy of the order invoice enclosed.

Once we receive your returns parcel we will then process your refund within 5 working days of receipt. All refunds will be sent to the same card or paypal account used to pay for the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:
- All original tags must be attached
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were recieved
- All items have not been worn
- All items are free of any odours
- All items must be in saleable condition
ONLINE COMMERCIAL ORDERS (stylists, press, theatre/tv productions etc)
Due to overwhelming demand for product loans and the high admin cost of processing online orders we now charge an admin fee of 30% of the order value. This means that we will take a full payment up front and will only refund up to 70% of the order value.

We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.
In the interest of hygiene, hosiery and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Goods purchased online cannot be refunded in one of our retail stores and goods purchased in stores cannot be returned online.
