All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Free UK standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is available on orders over £75.
Most international orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger or heavier international orders may be dispatched using ParcelForce. For international deliveries, please allow up to 11 working days.
Orders placed on working days before 2:00pm (GMT) will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (GMT) will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to carrier disruptions.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

We ship Worldwide. The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and location. Please check the tables below for more information.

UK Special Next Day Delivery
Typically by the following working day, except Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. This is not 100% guaranteed.
To take advantage of our next-day delivery service, you will need to place your order before 2pm GMT on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please note that our team is out of the office on Saturdays and Sundays, and any orders placed on these days will be sent out on Monday. On Friday, if you place your order after 2:00 pm GMT, it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and an estimated date/time within a 1-hour delivery window.
Online Returns
You can return any item (excluding GIFT vouchers, hosiery, swimwear and pierced jewellery) for a full refund, within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch at our discretion, including where we believe an order has been placed for resale, commercial use, or other non-consumer purposes. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
