US Army woodland green camouflage combat trousers.  These come with button fly;  adjustable waistband (can be tightened); belt loops; various pockets; and drawstring hems.

Label says size 'Medium Long' but the inseam and waist measurements listed are difficult to make out, please refer to our fabric measurements.

Note: These are a vintage item with some wear and fading.
