Levi's Big 'E' Indigo Denim Jacket

Original Levi's indigo wash denim jacket, with the sought after big 'E' tab. Levi's used capital letters only on the pocket tabs of their garments from the tab's inception in 1936 until around 1971 when the transition to the modern-day lower case 'e' was complete; dating this piece to pre-1971. This Levi's jacket features two flap covered chest pockets, red 'big E' pocket tab, contrasting tan stitching, buttoned tabs on either side of the waistband and brass embossed buttons throughout. There are some signs of fading which contributes to the vintage character of the piece. Looks to be made from cotton.
