50s US Air Force Navy Blue N-2A Heavy Flying Jacket

Desirable Navy blue US Air Force N2A heavy flying jacket here, in very nice condition. The item features a clever zip detail on its fleece lined hood which means that the garment can be worn with the hood in place, or without it- as the hood zips apart to form a rear bib-like feature. Additionally, the item features central zip fastening- concealed behind the button fastening placket- collar draw string and padded main inner. The jacket boasts a rib knit waist and cuff, pair of waist level side slit pockets and an additional zip fastened pocket in the left sleeve. All in all this piece represents some excellent history,bearing all the trappings of classic sound military design. Sure to beat winter temperatures were it worn, or certain to augment a discerning collection. Nylon with polyester filling. Please refer to our measurements.
