Ink blue straw 'Lamar' hat by Bailey which fuses modern dappery with Bert's hat attire from the 'It's a Jolly Holiday' scene (and if you don't know what I mean then shame on you). Features a telescope crown, stingy brim, Bailey logo and navy and white dash striped ribbon and bow.
