The Rokit online store, with its secure server, accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Rokit aims to deliver orders to UK residents within 5 working days. Customers who require delivery outside of the UK please allow up to ten days. You will receive an email on despatch of your order letting you know it's on it's way.
Within the UK
Standard postage and packaging charges within the UK range from £3 to £5 depending on the weight of your order. All orders are sent with Royal Mail Signed For delivery or courier signed for delivery, therefore require a signature upon delivery. You will receive an email on dispatch of your order letting you know it's on it's way. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by Royal Mail for you to collect your parcel from your local post office, or you will be left a courier calling card. You must collect your parcel within 7 days, after this time Royal Mail will return your parcel to us, if your delivery is via courier please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Once you receive an email notification of your order dispatch please look out for your order delivery or calling card. You can also email email@example.com for your Royal Mail or courier tracking number. Order parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, alternatively we will cancel and refund the order, we will notify you by email to confirm re-delivery or cancellation of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Special Delivery options such as next day delivery are available for an extra fee but you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange special deliveries. The fee will depend on the weight and urgency of your order parcel.
Delivery costs will vary depending on the combined weight or your order and the destination country for delivery. Delivery cost will be shown at the checkout once you have added your items to the baskets and selected and destination country for delivery. Items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or courier recorded delivery, therefore require a signature upon delivery. All orders require a signature upon receipt. You will receive an email on dispatch of your order letting you know it's on it's way. You must collect your parcel within the set time outlined by your local postal service, after this time your postal service will return your parcel to us. If International order parcels (orders shipped outside of UK) weigh in excess of 5kg you may be contacted regarding payment for any excess postal charges.
*Please note that Rokit cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are despatched.

Rokit can offer a refund or exchange on any item (excluding hosiery and pierced jewellery) that you are not completely happy with provided that you post it back to us in saleable condition with the return form completed and enclosed in your return parcel within 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. You have 10 working days from when your order parcel was signed for to post it back to us. The post office date stamp or franked date will be proof of your posting within the 10 working days time policy.
Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that Rokit cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage). If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised item please be aware that the maximum amount we can refund you is the standard Royal Mail Recorded delivery cost. We cannot refund the excess cost of parcels returned to us via courier or Special Delivery service.
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN THE INTEREST OF HYGIENE HOSIERY AND PIERCED JEWELLERY CANNOT BE RETURNED. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:
- ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECIEVED
- ITEMS ARE NOT IN A SALEABLE CONDITION
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
- ORIGINAL TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED
- TAGS HAVE BEEN ‘RE-ATTACHED’ BY CUSTOMERS
- ITEMS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN WORN OR HAVE ANY ODOUITEMS ARE NOT IN A SALEABLE CONDITION
DO NOT cut off tags before trying on items as we cannot accept items that have had tags cut off or re-attached by customers. We also ask that you do not try on clothing if you are wearing perfume and that you store items that you intend to return us in a safe place away from cigarette smoke / cooking smells as we cannot accept items that are returned to us with an odour.
You will find your returns form enclosed in your order parcel. If you do not have a return form or if you require another please email@example.com and we will email you a printable version.
Once you have completed your return form please unsure that you have included it in your return parcel along with your return item/s then post to the following address: ROKIT WEBSITE RETURNS, UNIT 2 RANGEMOOR ROAD, TOTTENHAM, LONDON , N15 4NG
IMPORTANT: When returning items to Rokit by post it is recommended that you use recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. By using a recorded mail service you will be able to claim any costs for lost items and will be reimbursed by the mail service provider. You will need to check the policy of the mail service provider you are using for full details and always remember to keep your receipt of postage.

DESIGNER BRANDED PRODUCTS
Rokit is a vintage and second hand retailer and sells many items that are designer branded. The pieces that you see on our website have not been acquired directly from the original supplier or manufacturer. Due to the nature of this Rokit cannot be certain as to the initial origin of these items but we do our utmost to investigate and research the authenticity of every item that we sell that is designer branded. Every designer piece on the Rokit website has been examined by experienced graders. Rokit only sells pieces that it genuinely believes to be authentic. Rokit would never knowingly sell any item that it did not believe to be genuine. Please be assured that you can order from us with confidence, if you do at any time receive an item that you are not completely happy with you are welcome to return it to us for a refund.
